  You can request MyKenzen nutrition consultation service by following these simple steps.
  • Step 1:
    Register with mykenzen.com using the registration form available at this link which takes about 5 minutes to complete.
    If you are an existing member, log in using your user Id and password.
  • Step 2: Select the service in the shopping cart and make payment using third party payment gateway using visa or master card. A notification email will be sent to you to acknowledge your payment.
  • Step3: Fill the forms (health & lifestyle history, food record form & exercise record form) available for MyKenzen members at My Health Records at your convenience and submit to your consultant. An email notification will be sent to you to acknowledge the submission of forms.
  • Step 4: Mykenzen nutrition consultant takes about 48 hours to review your nutrition profile and an email notification along with the hyperlink will be sent to you by the consultant once the results of the nutrition analysis is ready.

2. How long does a follow up session last?
  Each coaching session via email runs on a professional hour, for approximately 30 minutes per session. In some cases, 15 minutes is adequate to get feedback and clarify your questions.

9. Do I need to complete my online food record form everyday?
  No, you can do it at your convenience at one time if you wish, but the most important thing is to jot down everything you eat and drink as the nutrition analysis uses the information provided by you in the food record form. You need to make sure that your food record form has been completed for each day of the period specified by your nutrition coach. Normally; it is a three day food recall form
